convivial way to relax, perhaps to entertain clients or reward staff and
associates. Match sponsorship entitles sponsors to entertain privately at
Haslams and includes:
Complimentary buffet lunch with coffee for 20 guests
Drinks voucher facility

Present “Man of the Match” Award
Meet the players after the match

Match Day Programme – Season 2010-11
Programmes are produced for each 1st XV home game and are sold at each match.
Your advertisement will not only be seen by spectators, but also by sponsors and
their guests.

1st XV Pitchside Advertising – Season 2010-11
The Club is very well supported by local business and therefore ground
advertising is an excellent means of communicating your company's message to
other businesses and consumers. We also have summer Rugby League and host
numerous other non-rugby activities throughout the year ensuring your message
reaches a wide market, summer and winter. We offer a complete production service
making this an easy and cost effective marketing exercise for you.
Charges per Annum (to include link on DRFC website):
£450 plus VAT – we make and display
£250 plus VAT– you make to our specifications, we display

Fixtures Booklet – Season 2010-11
The pocket size Members Handbook, published at the start of each season contains
a wealth of information on the Club and is constantly used as a source of
reference by members. Your advertisement will therefore be seen throughout the
year by a substantial number of people connected with the Club.

Sponsorship of Room, Facility or Tournament – Season 2010-11
This is a good opportunity to have your company name prominently displayed in
Haslams. Good examples already in existence are the Vinci Construction Lounge
and the Vinci Construction Fitness Room.

Family Room – £1,000 per annum for 2-year contract plus VAT
Physiotherapists’ Room – £1,000 per annum for 2-year contract plus VAT

Sponsors Ladder – Season 2010-11
Situated on the main stairway, the Sponsors Ladder offers an opportunity to have
your company name prominently displayed for every member and visitor to see.
You are required to invest £1500 + to be included free of charge

Foyer Advertising – Season 2010-11
This is an opportunity to have an A4 advertisement
poster displayed in the foyer of Haslams for all to see.

on DRFC website; but excludes design and printing of advertisement.
Kit Sponsorship – Season 2010-11
An opportunity to have your company name/logo on various items of kit including
shirts, shorts and warm-up tops.
1st XV – £2,500 per annum plus VAT (front)
£1200 per annum plus VAT (back), £600 per annum plus VAT (sleeve)
Shorts – £600 per annum plus VAT
Warm up shirts £1000 per annum plus VAT, waterproofs £1000 per annum plus VAT
Other XVs– typically the cost of the kit

Player Sponsorship – Season 2010-11 - £150 per player (plus VAT)
Supporting your favourite player not only benefits them but also DRFC. As a
player sponsor you will not only be able to see your man in action in Midlands
One East but have an opportunity to advertise your business and enjoy DRFC
hospitality at the same time. Your company name and logo under the players photo
in the programme throughout 2010/11 season plus the same and link on DRFC
website. Additional players at £100 plus VAT.
