Q1 - What is the date of the
Lexus Midlands
Regional Festival ?
Sunday 23rd
September 2007
Q2
- What time
does the Festival start ?
Registration for Teams takes place at 9am
with matches due to start at 10am.
Q3
- Do you know what time the
Festival will finish ?
Probably around 6:30pm but note that this is an
estimate.
Q4 - What Clubs are taking part ?
Derby RFC, Hinckley RFC,
Kenilworth RFC, Norwich RFC, Nottingham RFC, Olney RFC,
Stourbridge RFC, Walsall RFC,
Q5 - What age groups are involved in the
Tournament ?
Under 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s
Q6 - What are the directions to Derby RFC ?
Directions can be found on the Derby RFC
Directions webpage. Note
though that parking at the Club itself will be limited,
however Car Parking spaces have been made available at
various Business premises along Alfreton Road. When you
drive along Alfreton Road just look out for the Marshalls
and they will direct you to Car Parking spaces.
Q7 - What catering facilities are available at
Derby RFC ?
There will be an outside BBQ along with Hot
Roast Cobs and an outdoor Bar. Haslams will also be open but
for drinks only.
Q8
- What other stalls will be at
Derby RFC on the day of the Tournament ?
Ice Cream, Sweets, Cakes, Tombola, e4creative
event photography.
Q9 - What are the Car Parking facilities ?
Parking at the Club itself will be
restricted, however Car Parking spaces have been made
available at various Business premises along Alfreton Road.
When you drive along Alfreton Road just look out for the
Marshalls and they will direct you to Car Parking spaces.
Q10 - Is there an admission fee ?
No.
Q11 - Can we take photographs ?
Yes, but inline with RFU guidelines you must
register at the Control Tent.
Q12 - Will we be able to buy Photographs ?
Yes,
e4creative will be at Derby
RFC on the day taking photographs of the Festival. You
will have the opportunity to buy photographs on the day at
the e4creative stand as well as being able to view an online
Lexus Regional Festival Photograph Gallery a few days after the event
from which you will be able to purchase photographs.
Q13 - I'm

Yes they are, there's over 600 Photographs
across all of the age groups that took part in 2006, here's
